Items purchased at full price from Koalux.com can be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. If items from the same order are delivered separately, the return period begins from the dispatch date of the last shipment.

Koalux.com accepts returns of unused, unwashed items bought exclusively from Koalux.com.
Koalux.com reserves the right to decline returns of goods sent or shipped after the return period or those not in their original condition.

All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

To initiate a return for eligible items, please contact assistance@koalux.com with your Koalux.com order number and specify the item(s) you wish to return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

If the return is approved, Customer Service will issue an RMA number and provide all shipping details.

Please package the items in their original packaging with any attached hangtags, along with the packing slip and RMA number. Write the RMA number on the outside of the return package, securely seal the box, and attach the return shipping label.

Credit for returned items will be processed back to the original payment method within 20 days of receiving the return. Gift returns will also be credited to the original payment method within 20 days of our receipt of the returned product.
